A second-generation entrepreneur, Rajendra Khare earlier co-founded a semi-conductor start-up Armedia Labs that developed the world’s first single chip HDTV/MPEG Decoder. It was acquired by Broadcom Corporation for $67 million. He served as Managing Director, Broadcom India, where his team went on to develop a series of digital video products that commanded a dominant share of the worldwide market. He has also held leadership positions earlier at Arcus Technology, Wipro and Tata R&D Labs. Raj co-founded India Semiconductor Association (ISA) and served as its founding Chairperson. An Electrical & Electronics Engineer from BITS, Pilani, Raj has filed more than 30 US patents for innovative technology and was awarded both the Udyog Rattan Award and Bharat Gaurav Award as recognition for his pioneering work in the field.

Srini has spent the better part of his career building sales & marketing organizations and spearheading business development. Srini had earlier co-founded Impulsesoft which went on to become the worldwide leader in Bluetooth stereo. As Director of Sales at Impulsesoft, Srini drove strategy and sales execution at Impulsesoft and was responsible for successfully building business across various geographies including Japan & Asia pacific. Impulsesoft was eventually acquired by SiRF Technology in 2005 for its technology leadership in Bluetooth. Post acquisition, Srini headed wireless business development for Asia & Europe at SiRF and drove relationships with key operators, handset OEMs and ecosystem partners in the region. Prior to Impulsesoft, Srini was building technology products at IDeaS (now part of SAS) in Minnesota and Texas Instruments in Bangalore. Sudhakar Rao studied Mechanical Engg at graduate level and went to IIM , Bangalore for Post Graduate Program in Management where he studied Corporate Strategy and Marketing. Sudhakar Rao started his career as Brand Manager and moved up as SBU Head and Director. In a career spanning over 17yrs, Sudhakar Rao played multiple roles of Branding, Marketing, P & L responsibilities, Team Building, Corporate Relations, International Operations, PR etc In the last 17yrs of fast track work life, Sudhakar Rao dealt with sectors like Textiles, Food and Education where he not only launched many brands but also nurtured and doctored brands giving them the rightful position in the market place. At ICFAI Sudhakar Rao is the Head of Branding for the entire Group that includes 11 ICFAI Universities, 9 ICFAI Business Schools and a huge Distance Learning Program. He is also the official spokesperson for the ICFAI Group.
Anustup is Vertebrand's Chief Operating Officer and the driving force behind Vertebrand's project delivery. He is the architect of the clients' brand strategy development and implementation. Anustup's expertise lies in the areas of Brand Valuations, Strategic Planning and Market Research. Using his far reaching expertise, Anustup guides all Brand Due Diligence and valuation assignments. He is Vertebrand's longest serving employee, having joined Raghu in Vertebrand's infancy.
